On September 9, 2001, Moyer Motorcars welcomed both old friends and new to the Moyer Motorcars-sponsored Rolls-Royce Owners Club "Outing in the country." It was a great success, with several dozen RROC members in attendance. Walt Moyer and staff technicians provided extensive evaluation and diagnostics for Club members during this exclusive event.
The Shenandoah Valley is a beautiful and gracious region, and a number of our local shop owners and restaurateurs joined the gathering, and provided a sampling of their wares, to the delight of club members.
Customer George Lemm, not one to be outdone, made a dramatic entrance, arriving by helicopter with several of his closest friends. When pushed to explain why he did not bring one of his Rolls-Royce for the occasion, he replied that the Helicopter was powered by a Rolls-Royce turbine engine!
Once again, Moyer Motorcars demonstrated that high-quality, personal service, coupled with exceptional value are a winning combination.
